[Internal] CRM: Add a Contact

Introduction
This document provides step-by-step instructions for adding an contact in the Zoho CRM app.


1) Navigate to the client's account in Zoho CRM.
2) On the left side menu, click Contacts.

3) In the Contacts section click New.

4) The Contact Information page appears.

5) Fill in the following fields:
  1. First name
  2. Last name
  3. Email address
  4. Phone number (if available)
  5. Department (if contact is the primary contact for that handle/child-handle, insert the handle name in this field)
6) If completing the Next Steps Form, select the appropriate checkboxes if the contact is:
  1. Primary contact
  2. Billing contact
  3. IT contact
7) In the upper right, click Save.
