[Internal] Desk Ticket: Change the Status

Introduction:
This guide shows how to change the status of a Desk ticket.


Changing Ticket Status

1) Login to Zoho Desk. The ticket list appears.
2) Locate the ticket whose status you want to change, either by clicking the search icon in the upper right, entering the ticket number and hitting Enter.

3) Or by clicking the down arrow on the ticket menu, selecting My Open Tickets and scrolling through the list to locate the ticket.

4) When you locate the ticket, click the ticket number. The ticket appears.
5) On the left side of the ticket page, click the Status down arrow.

6) From the Status menu, choose the new status for the ticket. See Working Desk Tickets: Best Practices for a description of the different ticket statuses.

7) If the status was changed successfully, an alert will appear in upper center of the ticket page.
