[Internal] New Theme: Create One in Management Console

 Introduction

This article provides step-by-step instructions for creating a new theme in the Management Console. This process is primarily used when a Next Steps Form Received ticket is received or when the client is upgrading their template. 

Create a New Theme

      1) Log into the Management Console.

2) Select the client's organizational unit from the dropdown and click Continue.


3) Click Administration.

 

      4) In the Admin Home, select the Edit Theme radio button, leave the dropdown on Create New, and click Go.


      5) Choose a template from the Template dropdown. For new clients, the template type can be found on the Next Steps Form Received ticket.



6) The Create Base Assets checkbox should remain checked.
7) The folder name for the base template should be base.
8) A description is only needed when completing a theme override.
9) Click Create.

      10) Click Manage Assets.

 

      11) The Edit Theme screen appears. From this screen you can make two major changes: 1) remove/replace images and 2) change theme colors using CSS.
