[Internal] Schedule Management Console Training Task: Working it

Introduction
This document provides step-by-step instructions for working a Schedule Management Console Training task. A Schedule MC Training task is started after a Next Steps Form has been completed. This training on the Management Console will be completed by the Client’s Customer Care Representative.

Creating the Task

1) Create a task in Zoho CRM with subject as “Schedule MC Training: [PrimaryContactFirstName] & [MC ContactFirstName]@[handle]”. If you don't know how to create a task in Zoho CRM, see the guide Task: Create one. Be sure to enter the due date for today and set the priority to medium. Continue to work the task.

For the Next Steps Received ticket, continue to Next Steps Received Ticket: Completing it.

Working the Task

2) Begin by sending the “Schedule MC Training” template email to the Client’s Primary Contact in Zoho CRM. For detailed steps, see the guide Template Email: How to Send from Zoho CRM,
3) After the email is sent, navigate to the client's account in Zoho CRM.
4) In the left side menu, click Open Activities. The Open Activities list appears.

5) Locate the "Schedule MC Training" task in the Open Activities list and click on it.
6) Change Due Date to one week out and update the Status to In Progress.
7) In the Notes section below, add a note that the email was sent to Schedule MC Training.



8) Click Save.
9) If you don't hear back from the client within the week, send a follow up email and date out task one week.

After the Training

10) Return to the Schedule MC Training task and in the Notes section enter @SupervisorName MC Training complete.
11) Near the top of the page click Close Task.

12) Create another task with the following name: Not Live: [PrimaryContactFirstName] & [MC ContactFirstName] @[handle].
13) Set status to New with a due date and reminder set to one week out.
14) Continue to work the Not Live task as normal.
