[Internal] Task: Create one

Introduction
This document provides step-by-step instructions for creating a task in Zoho CRM.

Creating the Task

1) Navigate to the client's account in Zoho CRM.
2) Hover the mouse over Open Activities in the left side menu and click the "+".

3) From the pop up menu click Task.

4) In the Create Task pop up, enter the due date.


5) Enter the subject.
6) Set Priority.
7) Turn on the Reminder and in the Reminder pop up, enter the date to send an email alert.

8) Click More Fields. The More Fields form appears.

9) Click the magnifying glass to the right of Contact Name.

10) From the Choose Contact popup, select the radio button to the left of the primary contact for this client.

11) Leave Status set to Not Started.
12) Click Done and then click Save.
13) Work task accordingly.
