[Internal] Theme Override: Apply it

[Internal] Theme Override: Apply it

Introduction
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for applying a theme override after all the changes are made. These instructions are for overrides that apply to all client modules, as well as those that apply to one client module.

NOTE: If the override was applied to the Base theme, then the modules are already updated and do not need the theme override applied. In this case, jump to step 6.

1) In the Management Console home page, select Launch, choose the module from the dropdown to apply the theme override to and click Go.

      2) In the Settings section, near the bottom of the page, click Edit Course Details.

      3) The Settings screen appears.

NOTE: Because this is a theme override, the template and Main Theme dropdowns should already be filled in and do not need to be adjusted.

4) From the Theme Overrides dropdown, select the just-created theme override.

NOTE: If a theme override is already in place, refer to the support guide Multiple Theme Override: Create One .

5)  At the bottom of the page click Save.

      6) In the Status section, click Preview.

      7) Login and preview the Orientation to confirm the override changes have been made before notifying the client.

NOTE: For overrides that can affect the entire module, preview the entire Module/Orientation (i.e., font override, button changes, etc.). For CSS overrides, make sure the override did not create a bug within the module.
